James' Bio
Having grown up in a military family, learning to communicate with people in new surroundings and environments became second nature to me. These experiences helped form what I believe to be an ability to connect with people from all walks of life & led me into recruiting.
Over the past 25 years, I have developed and maintained relationships in the recruiting world with both clients and candidates. Some are still clients after 25 years; some are now just dear friends. In a few cases, I have helped clients build over 20% of their permanent staff.
I built Axiom Search to extend our client’s hiring process, not a resume-forwarding service. My approach with candidates is to appeal to logic and provide accurate market analysis for their respective disciplines, allowing them to make a logical next step.
Oh yea, I almost forgot, I’m also a documentary filmmaker, with films featured on streaming platforms like Amazon Prime Video. I knew nothing about filmmaking, but passion breeds adaptability…story of my life.

Rachel's Bio
Over 10 years as a Physical Therapist have given me the experience and understanding to relate to candidates throughout the recruiting process. Matching the right candidate with the right organization is a critical aspect of providing excellent patient care. Being "in the trenches" allows me to possess a deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, so candidates know they are talking to a peer, not "another recruiter."
I have an extensive network of potential Therapists, Nurses, and Executive Healthcare candidates who are passively and actively looking to make a transition in 2023. From California to Texas and every area in between, we have the experience and database to find the exact person you need.

Evolve our Recruiting Game
Recruiting is a grind. Anyone that tells you differently is lying (or selling you lead gen services.)
The lack of formal sales & recruiting training in our industry is a problem. A great recruiter decides to launch their firm, brings on a few clients, but then gets stuck hiring new team members, finding new clients, & evaluating what works and doesn't.
There’s a reason most agencies can’t scale. There’s never a time to step back and evaluate what works, what doesn’t. Next thing you know, you've spent thousands on tools that no one is really leveraging correctly or using at all.
You want to do it differently than other agencies, but are stuck in the day-to-day of qualifying reqs, chasing feedback, & wondering how to get the most out of your team.
Enter the DIGITAL RCRUITER.
After 5 years at Aerotek & 2 years booking thousands of sales calls for clients via LinkedIn, from influencers with 700,000 followers to founders with less than 100” connections, I steered the Digital Recruiter in 2021.
Since then, I have worked with 150+ recruiters & agency owners on their recruiting process & LinkedIn outreach + content leading to millions in additional placements.
Now, I work exclusively with recruiting owners and leadership teams that have proven they can sell, but want to take the next step.
By reverse engineering where you want to go together, and utilizing our holistic approach to recruiting, merging old school fundamentals with a digital presence is how we get there together.
If you work with a sense of urgency and humility and have a good time working hard, we likely will get along well.
Want to see how we can work together?
